ECT in Children With Lupus Cerebritis and Catatonia
A 13-year-old girl with neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus presenting with psychosis and persistent catatonia unresponsive to immunosuppressive agents and a benzodiazepine was successfully treated with ECT.
